I am an Intuitive, Healer, Transformational Coach and Facilitator in Sedona. I’m also a Breathwork Practitioner, Somatic Guide, and Goddess Midwife.

I’m here to support you on your soul’s journey to empowerment. I’ve studied the mind/body/spirit connection for over 30 years. My inner work began in my early 20's to transform the layers of unworthiness and shame entrenched in my body and psyche. It was a journey of profound growth as I healed from childhood abuse and the painful mindsets that kept me playing small.

I’ve come to understand how the psyche works and how our inner shadows can sabotage our well being and fulfillment. My shame expressed in many ways; through compulsive eating, lack of self confidence, poor choices in men, depression, unhealthy boundaries, isolation, lack of self love and feeling powerless. Yikes, those were challenging times but I kept searching for another way. I wanted the confidence that comes from being connected to my authentic self. I longed to be self expressed and live a life I loved.  

On this journey I slowly uncovered my divine connection. It gave me the backbone to develop the gifts and tools I’ve needed to self actualize and help you succeed. I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating various offerings and somatic modalities to help clear resistance, fear and old stuck patterns of blocked energy in the body, mind and heart.

I’m a huge advocate for restoring a creative relationship with our feminine nature, our bodies and Mother Earth. I love to dance, write, muse with nature and connect with the divine.
